Not all practices are created equal, and our team is no exception. Our staff is exceptional with an average affiliation with our practice of over 18 years per staff member, and an average experience in orthodontics of over 20 years. Each takes pride in their job, recognizing the important role they take in making sure that each patient has an enjoyable orthodontic experience. We all promise to give our patients our best. Successful orthodontic treatment requires all the elements of good teamwork,discipline, communication and commitment.

	Dolly has been working in the dental field for 30 years in which the last 20 of those years has been in orthodontics. She is married with 2 daughters.She likes to read, play softball, and work outside. She loves doing her part in helping to create a more beautiful world one smile at a time.
	Sheri.Been at the office for 19 years- and love my job!1 husband David- 2 Children Stephani 20 , Bill 17, 3 dogs- Carley-Luke-Bailey, 1 cat Tootie,Love to Bowl, play cards (with my family) , going out for dinner, and meeting new peopleSports love them all- especially Hockey!
	Chrissy. Have been an assistant for 20 years, Clinical supervisor, married for 15 yrs, have a fifteen year old son.  In my free time I love to spend time with my friends & family.  We love to camp!!! I play softball & bowl.  I love to help with my son’s sporting events & just love to be around kids!! I LOVE being an orthodontic assistant, It is the most rewarding job I have ever had.  i love seeing how happy we make people when they have a beautiful smile.  i love to “chat” & have fun at work.
	Ashley. I have been with the practice for a little over two years now. I am so happy to be working here! I love working with people and being sociable. I am a full time student at Schoolcraft community college. I am extremely fortunate to have a wonderful supportive family & I wouldn’t be me without them!! I love spending time with my boyfriend of 4 years, and of course my friends. Very into outdoor activities so summer time is my favorite season. Free time for me usually consists of shopping or like I said spending time outside!!
	My Name is Kendall, I graduated from Western Michigan University with my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and am a part-time wedding planner with a firm in Plymouth, MI. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, shopping, going on vacation and just relaxing with my family and boyfriend. I am thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful team, serving such an amazing community!
	My name is Dena ,married , I have 2 kids my step son who is 12 and my daughter who is five ,We are residents of Livonia and love the community. In my spare time I love being with my family and making them smile! They are my pride and joy and cant wait to see what the future holds for us!
	My name is Stacey, marreid to my husband (Bryan), have 3 boys (Alex-11, Zach-9 and Heli-8). We have 2 cats (Lucky and Dipstick) and 1 dog (Wego). I like to camp, fish, meet new people (especially with three boys playing hockey) and relax when I get the chance to. Having fun working in the lab.
